4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

All workshop fees and service charges must be paid in full before the commencement of training programs. We accept payments in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) through authorized payment methods including bank transfers, mobile money, and approved digital payment platforms.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds are available if cancellation is made 7 days before the workshop start date
• 50% refund is available for cancellations made 3-6 days before the workshop
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approved cancellation

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, curricula, presentations, and educational resources provided by Clodpoles are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to course materials, handouts, digital content, and proprietary methodologies.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any of our materials without express written permission. Personal use for educational purposes is permitted solely for enrolled participants.

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Clodpoles may terminate your access to our services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.

Upon termination, your access to workshops and materials will cease immediately. Any outstanding payments remain due, and refunds will be processed according to our refund policy outlined above.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through the courts of Ghana, specifically in Kumasi, Ashanti Region.
