About Clodpoles
Empowering Ghanaians to achieve financial independence through practical education and local expertise
Our Story
Clodpoles was founded in 2014 by a group of passionate financial professionals who witnessed firsthand the financial challenges faced by small business owners and market vendors in Kumasi. What started as informal weekend workshops in local community centers has grown into Ghana's premier financial training organization.
Our founder, Akwasi Boamah, a former banking executive, noticed that traditional financial advice often didn't translate to the realities of Ghana's vibrant informal economy. Working alongside market traders and small entrepreneurs, he developed practical, culturally-relevant financial strategies that actually worked for local businesses.
Today, we've trained over 3,000 individuals across Ghana, helping them build emergency funds, grow their businesses, and secure their financial futures. Our approach combines international best practices with deep understanding of local economic conditions, making financial literacy accessible and actionable for everyone.
